To assist Companies in complying with “Health and Safety Regulations” governing the use of Fork Lift Trucks and various other Off-Road Vehicles, we have designed a security system which will only allow Approved Drivers to operate the Vehicle.
The Approved Driver is issued with his own Unique Code which has to be entered into the Security Keypad before he can start the Fork Lift Truck.
This system can also be fitted to Dumpers, JCBs and numerous other Plant and Equipment which only selected Operators are allowed to use, turning an insecure item into a complete secured item.

The Unit consists of an electronic control module, which operates the required functions for vehicle immobilization. The activation is fully automatic whenever the ignition is turned off.
A delay of 8 seconds is incorporated in order that the vehicle may be restarted quickly in the event of a stall or other temporary fault condition.
The twin isolated circuits of the Unit are capable of switching a maximum of
25 Amps each
