Due to the very stringent legislation governing the Operators of Vehicles and the potential liabilities facing Operators, we were requested to design a Unit with which Operators could monitor and identify various selected functions where a Vehicle has been tampered with by the Driver or others; thereby allowing the Operator to discreetly ascertain which Vehicles are at risk and take necessary steps to remedy the situation.
It should be noted that the Unit will report tampering even when the person responsible has returned the Vehicle to its original state.

551 STARTER INHIBITOR (E040)
A Unit to provide protection to the Starter Motor and Ring Gear of a Vehicle.
The Unit is connected between the normal Start Switch and the Starter Motor Solenoid or Relay.
The Unit is completely encapsulated and may be fitted in the Engine Compartment.
